    To ensure a smooth Buy Crypto One-Click Buy deposit, traders are required to perform KYC with third-party service providers. Once successfully verified, service providers will perform an immediate transfer to credit the cryptocurrencies into traders' Bybit accounts. Generally, the expected time to receive deposits will be within 2 to 3 hours. If traders experience delays and do not receive their deposits after 24 hours, please refer to your email inbox for any email instructions from your chosen service provider.

    Which service providers provide Fiat deposit services on Bybit?

    Currently, our Buy Crypto One-Click Buy partners include Banxa, XanPool, MoonPay, Mercuryo, Neofi, GEO Pay, Onramp, Onmeta, and Whitebird.

     

     

     

    Which crypto and fiat currencies are supported for crypto purchases via third party service provider(s) on Bybit?

    Is there a minimum/maximum limit per transaction if I buy crypto using third party service provider(s) on Bybit?

    Yes. The purchase limit will be indicated in the amount input box and varies according to the provider.

    What kind of payment methods are accepted?

    Electronic fund transfers, Visa/Mastercard credit, debit cards and cash deposits (limited to certain areas). For more details, please refer to the providers’ respective websites or refer to the label listed in the payment channel on the order page.

     

     

     

     

    Is there any fee if I purchase crypto with the third party service provider(s) on Bybit? 

    Bybit does not charge any extra fees for transactions with third-party service providers, except for on-chain withdrawal fees collected when selling crypto via Whitebird. However, most service providers charge a transaction fee when you place an order with them. Please check the respective provider's official website for the actual fee.     Can traders use Buy Crypto with Third Party to convert cryptocurrencies into fiat and perform a withdrawal out of Bybit?

    No, you can only purchase crypto with Fiat with the third party service providers. However, if you are interested in converting the purchased cryptocurrency into fiat, you can use the One-Click Buy’s Sell Function.     Can I deposit or withdraw fiat with the third party service provider(s) on Bybit?

    Why do the final price quotes and exchange rates on Bybit differ from what I initially saw on the platform? 

    The prices and exchange rates displayed on Bybit are sourced from third-party service providers and are intended for reference purposes only. These figures may vary from the final quotes and exchange rates due to fluctuations in the market or potential rounding errors.For the most accurate and up-to-date quotes and exchange rates, we recommend consulting the official websites of the respective service providers we rely on for these data points. 

     

    Please note that the prices and exchange rates provided on Bybit are indicative and do not dynamically adjust based on cryptocurrency price movements or real-time fluctuations.

     

     

     

    When will I receive the cryptocurrency I purchased?

    The cryptocurrency is usually deposited into your Bybit account between 2 to 3 hours after purchase. It may take longer, however, depending on blockchain network conditions and the service level of the particular service provider. For new users, cryptocurrency deposits may take up to one day.

     

     

     

    What is the reason for the delay in receiving my cryptocurrency? Whom should I contact for help?

    According to our third-party providers, there are two main reasons for the delay:

    (a) Failure to submit proper KYC documents during the registration process.

    (b) Fiat payment failed to successfully go through.

     

    If you do not receive cryptocurrency in your Bybit account within two hours, please reach out to the appropriate third-party provider to seek immediate assistance. You can refer to this article to get the contact method of the respective providers. 

     

    If there is no reply from the provider within 3 working days, kindly submit your inquiry here with the order ID of the transaction (which can be obtained from the service provider's platform or order confirmation email).

     

     

     

    What happens if I encounter any payment issues during the depositing process?

    If you are using Whitebird service, please raise a ticket with us here. However, if you are using other than Whitebird service, please contact the respective service provider to seek immediate assistance. You may find the relevant contact here. If there is no reply from the provider within 3 working days, kindly submit your inquiry here with the order ID of the transaction (which can be obtained from the service provider's platform or order confirmation email).

     

     

     

    Will my credit card details be recorded in Bybit?

    No. Bybit does not record your card details, and all data required to perform fiat deposits or crypto purchases is solely managed by the third-party service provider. For more details, please refer to their respective privacy policies. 

     

     

     

    Where can I view my third party service provider's crypto purchase order history?

    You will be able to retrieve the deposit records from your Bybit assets page under the One Click Buy tab by clicking on Buy Crypto via Third-Party.

     

     

    On the App, please go to the Assets tab → Funding Account, then click on the History Icon on the top right corner, tap on History and select Buy Crypto (Third Party).

     

     

     

     

    Do I need to complete KYC on Bybit to buy crypto via a third party channel?

    Yes, at least Standard Individual Verification is mandatory though specific requirements may vary for each third-party channel. Please note that only individual KYC is accepted.     Is KYC mandatory on third-party provider platforms?

    Yes. KYC is needed in order to successfully perform a fiat deposit on the third-party providers’ websites.

     

     

     

    What do the order statuses represent inside the Funding Account History?

     

    Status

    Explanation 

    Completed

    Transaction completed and cryptocurrency will be/has been transferred into Bybit account.

    Pending

    Transaction has been submitted, pending payment or additional verification (if any) to be received by the third party provider. Kindly check your email for any additional requirements from the third party provider.

    Please note that some payment methods may take longer to be received by the providers.

    Paid

    Transaction successfully made, pending cryptocurrency transfer into Bybit account.

    Cancelled

    Transaction did not go through and your Bybit account. Transaction canceled due to one of the following reasons:

    • Payment timeout — Trader did not make payment within a given period of time.

    • Transaction was canceled by trader.

    • Rejected by the third party provider.

     

     

     

    Can I choose to pay with a fiat currency that does not belong to my country of residence?

    It depends on the individual third party provider accepting your KYC documents on their platform. For more information, please communicate directly with the respective third party provider.
