What are the qualifications needed to be a referrer and a referee in the Bybit Card Referral Program?

A qualified referrer and referee are defined as follows:

• Referrer: Any user of Bybit. Do note that you do not need to be a Bybit Card user to qualify as a referrer. 
• Referee: A qualified referee must:

1. Fulfill the eligibility requirements of Bybit Card;
2. Be a resident in eligible countries that can apply for Bybit Card. **EEA users are not eligible to participate in this program.
3. Successfully apply for a virtual Bybit Card;
4. Spend at least 100 USDT or its equivalent within 30 days of a successful card application.

Important Notes:

• To maintain a fair rewards program, the company may exclude transactions via selected e-wallets with merchants or categories considered high-risk for rewards abuse.
  
  Bybit reserves the right to withhold rewards for transactions deemed ineligible or abusive, even if the transaction's MCC is not listed among the excluded MCC below:
  
  Eligible spending excludes top-ups or transfers to e-wallets, prepaid accounts, or digital accounts (e.g., Astropay, Revolut, Wise) with Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 4829, 6012, 6014, 6051, or 6540.
  
  Starting from 5 Mar 2025, 08:00 UTC, personal transfers to individual accounts (MCC 7299) via e-wallets such as Alipay, WeChat, etc., will also be excluded.
  
  Starting from 08:00 UTC on March 15, 2025, transactions in the MCC 5399, 4722, 7372, 593, and 7399 categories conducted through the electronic wallet will no longer be eligible for this promotion, although you will still be able to enjoy our basic cash rebate rewards.

• This event is not meant for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway ("European Economic Area") customers. All European Economic Area customer participation is strictly prohibited.

As a referrer, how long will it take for me to receive my reward(s) after my referee completes the task(s)?

How can I verify if my Bybit Card referee has completed their task?

You will receive a notification once the reward has been deposited into your account. Please note that rewards will be credited within 10 days of task completion by your referee. You may also find your invitation history on your Bybit Card Referral Program page or by clicking on Card in the My Invitations section of your Referral Program Page.

What qualifies as a successful transaction for the Bybit Card Referral Program?

A successful transaction refers to a completed transaction made through the referee’s virtual or physical card. The referee should spend at least 100 USDT or its equivalent within 30 days of a successful card application. Please note that authorization does not qualify as a completed transaction.
